Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all projects and sessions at Crukces Studio, in addition to any category-specific terms set out elsewhere in this document.

All charges are exclusive of GST. An 18% GST will be levied on all applicable services.

Until full payment has been received, Crukces Studio will provide only a watermarked, 96kbps mp3 file with a reduced or specified audio spectrum. No final deliverables will be released prior to settlement of all outstanding dues.

Invoices once generated are final and cannot be modified.

Payments not received within 30 days of the due date will attract interest at 18% per annum on the outstanding amount, calculated from the date the payment fell due until the date of full settlement. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

All add-on services and products being any service or product not included in the standard offering, including but not limited to revision charges, artist fees, additional studio time, and other special charges must be paid for in full in advance of the service being rendered.

For custom projects, a separate quotation and additional terms may apply. These will be discussed and formalized through a written contract or services agreement signed by both parties.

Crukces Studio shall not be liable for any delays arising from the client’s failure to make timely payment, delayed responses or feedback, unavailability for scheduled sessions of any kind, or failure to establish a clear creative direction for the project.

In the event of cancellation of a booked project that has not yet commenced, the booking amount is non-refundable. Once a project has commenced, it cannot be cancelled and no refund shall be issued under any circumstances.

The client acknowledges and agrees that Crukces Studio shall retain sole legal ownership of all project content and project-related material generated at Crukces, including all associated copyrights and intellectual property rights, until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, all agreed rights and deliverables shall transfer to the client as per the terms of the applicable project agreement.

All client files will be retained on Crukces’ secure servers for a period of one year from the project completion date. Crukces shall not be responsible for ensuring future file compatibility beyond this period. Clients who wish to have their files deleted prior to the expiry of this period may submit a written request to the studio, and the files will be deleted within a reasonable time thereafter. Crukces shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such deletion.

Crukces may use content created or collected in the course of client interactions including photographs, audio recordings, and video for marketing and promotional purposes, whether online or offline. Clients who do not wish their content to be used in this manner may notify Crukces in writing, and their content will not be used for these purposes from the date such notice is received.

Crukces reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or through the studio’s official communication channels, and continued engagement with Crukces following such notice shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
